This shows you how to adjust the boundaries (or fences) of your paddocks.
In the below instructions, we use the words points and posts interchangeably.
1. Navigating from the farm dashboard, click on the paddock that has boundaries you wish to adjust. In this case, we're selecting paddock 'LF'.
2. Once the paddock is selected, this pop-up will appear. Click Edit Details.
3. You will now see the chosen paddock outlined white and grey points. Click the + symbol to zoom in on the map. This will make it easier to adjust the points.
4. The white points are existing fence posts or boundary pivot points.
5. Left-click and then drag a white post to change an existing post location.
6. See that we have now adjusted the selected boundary line by moving the white post.
7. Left-click and then drag a grey point to create additional customisability of a boundary line.
8. As you can see, we're moving the grey point.
9. After moving the grey point, it has now become a white point and created an additional grey point on either side. Each time you do this, additional points will be created. This is helpful when you've got boundaries that are rounded or curved and you need to have more frequent posts.
10. If you wish to delete any of the white points, right-click on a white point. A red x will appear. Click this red x to delete the point.
11. As you can see, we've deleted that white point. It has returned to being a grey point in its original position, and the two new grey points that were created have been removed.
12. After you've made the necessary changes, scroll to the bottom of the panel on the left-hand side.
Make sure to click the green button "Save All".
13. Once you've saved your changes, please contact us either by phone, email or live chat and let us know that you've made changes. We need to know this so that we can update Pio's models to run on the new boundaries rather than the old ones (you want readings based on the new boundaries, not the old ones).
