[Integrations](https://help.pasture.io/integrations?hsLang=en) # Connecting Your Tabula Account ## Step-by-step instructions to grant access, share your Tabula Account ID, and match your farm map so Pasture.io can activate the integration. #### **Why link Tabula and Pasture.io?** When **Tabula (formerly TracMap)** and **Pasture.io** talk to each other, your fertiliser-application data flows straight into Pio: - **Zero double-entry** – job details sync automatically. - **Cleaner compliance** – records stay accurate and audit-ready. - **Faster grazing decisions** – the right paddocks at the right time. If you subscribe to **Pio’s growth-prediction models**, the integration adds an extra bonus: Pio knows exactly *what* and *when* you’ve applied fertiliser, so its growth forecasts, reporting, and nutrient-use insights get even sharper. **What data is transferred?** - **Tabula Job ID** (with a quick-link back to your job in Tabula) - **Paddocks treated** - **Fertiliser nutrient composition** - **Percentage of each nutrient** - **Application rate (e.g. kg/ha)**   --- #### **Before you start** | **What you’ll need** | **Why it matters** | | --- | --- | | **Your Tabula login** & any contractor logins | Each account holder must authorise Pasture.io. | | **Matching farm map** | Paddock boundaries and paddock IDs **must** be identical in both systems. |   ---   #### **Step 1 – Grant Pasture.io access** 1. Log in to **Tabula**. 2. Go to **Admin › Invite User**. 3. Invite **admin@pasture.io** with *Admin* permissions. 4. If you use a fertiliser contractor, ask them to invite the same email from their Tabula login. 5. (Optional) If you have more than one Tabula account—e.g. a separate Balance/N190 account—repeat the invite for each profile. 6. If you have difficulty inviting admin@pasture.io, please reach out to Tabula support help@tabula.live **Heads-up:** The invite link expires after **7 days**. Let us know when you've sent it and we'll keep an eye out.   ---   #### **Step 2 – Send us your Tabula Account ID** Once the invite is sent, copy your **Account ID** (found under *Admin › Account Settings*) and email it to **support@pasture.io**. We can’t activate the integration until we have this number.   ---   #### **Step 3 – Check your paddock map matches** For data to line up perfectly, paddock names, numbers, and boundaries must be the same in both systems. 1. In Tabula, export your map as a KML to your computer. 2. Locate the downloaded file on your computer and email it to either: 1. [**support@pasture.io**](mailto:support@pasture.io) (for technical support) 2. [**sales@pasture.io**](mailto:sales@pasture.io) (for sales inquiries) 3. Confirm each paddock appears once, with the same spelling and area. It is crucial that the paddock boundaries and paddock IDs are exactly the same in both systems. If you update your map in Tabula, please send us the changes to update in Pasture.io.   ---   #### **Step 4 – We switch the integration on** After we receive your Account ID and verify the map: - Our engineering team links your Tabula account in the backend. - We run a quick data sync and let you know when it’s complete (usually within one business day). - You’ll then see Tabula fertiliser and paddock events inside Pio automatically as your fertiliser jobs are completed.   ---   #### **Troubleshooting & Support** | **Issue** | **What to do** | | --- | --- | | Invite link has expired | Re-send the invite from Tabula › Admin › Invite User. | | Data isn’t appearing in Pio | Check your map matches in both systems; mismatch is the most common cause. | | Still stuck? | Email **support@pasture.io**. |   ---   #### **Quick recap** 1. **Invite** *admin@pasture.io* from every relevant Tabula account (contractors too). 2. **Send** us your Tabula Account ID. 3. **Match** your paddock map in both platforms. 4. **Relax**—Pasture.io turns the connection on and confirms when your data is flowing.
