Creating Tags

Tags are a powerful way to filter reports and surface targeted paddock information. Tags can be created for any purpose - run-off areas, hillside paddocks, different farm blocks and management zones. Once applied, tags make it easy to group and organise areas of the farm to be able to analyse them more efficiently

There are two ways to create a tag

 

Option 1 – To create a Tag for an individual paddock

  1. Select a paddock from the map or the list.
  2. From the pop-up window, select Edit Details.
  3. In the Update Paddock details window:
  4. Go to Tag(s) box
  5. To create a new tag, type the name of the new tag.
  6. Left-click on the blue highlighted text.
  7. Select Save All.

 

Option 2 – To create a Tag for a multiple paddocks

  1. Select the paddocks from the map or the list.
    (To select more than one paddock, hold the shift key down while using the left-click on the mouse)
  2. From the Orange Action Bar select Bulk Edit.
  3. Click into the ASSIGN Tag(s) box
  4. To create a new tag, type the name of the new tag.
  5. Left-click on the blue highlighted text.
  6. Select Save All.
