[Paddock Details](https://help.pasture.io/paddocks?hsLang=en#paddock-details) # Creating Tags ## Tags are a powerful way to filter reports and surface targeted paddock information. Tags can be created for any purpose - run-off areas, hillside paddocks, different farm blocks and management zones. Once applied, tags make it easy to group and organise areas of the farm to be able to analyse them more efficiently **There are two ways to create a tag**   **Option 1 – To create a Tag for an individual paddock** 1. Select a paddock from the map or the list. 2. From the pop-up window, select **Edit Details**. 3. In the **Update Paddock d**etails window: 4. To **create a new tag**, type the name of the new tag. 6. Left-click on the **blue highlighted** text. 7. Select **Save All**.   **Option 2 – To create a Tag for a multiple paddocks** 1. From the **Orange Action Bar** select **Bulk Edit**. 3.
