Does bad weather ☔️ stop satellite 🛰 measurements
This article discusses why and how the satellites work with bad weather.
The short answer is... yes, bad weather stops satellite readings. BUT we have a Cloudy Days Model that delivers pasture covers and growth rates each day regardless of weather -> watch the video :)
The technology we use to measure pasture can't see past things like cloud cover and foggy weather. So even though photos may look dramatic on earth (especially with the contrast dialled up!), images tend to look white and fluffy from a satellite orbiting earth at an altitude of 450km.
