Irrigation - Setting it Up as Land Type

Assigning the correct Irrigation type to each paddock helps Pio calculate pasture growth more accurately. 

Once set, your Growth and Pasture reports will display results as:

  • Overall
  • Irrigated
  • Dryland

This allows you to compare performance across irrigation systems and make more informed management decisions.

 

To set up Individual Paddock Irrigation

  1. From your home screen
  2. Click on the Paddock
  3. Click Edit Details
  4. Select the relevant Irrigation type
  5. Select Save All


 

To set up Multiple Paddock Irrigation

  1. From your home screen
  2. Click on the Paddocks (to select more than one paddock, hold Shift and left click)
  3. Click on the orange Action Bar below your map
  4. Select Bulk Edit
  5. Select the relevant Irrigation type
  6. Select Save All

 

Viewing Reports by Irrigation TypeOnce irrigation settings are applied, you can filter your Feed Wedge and Reports by selecting Irrigation from the filter menu.
