What plans do you offer?
We offer the Fundamental farm-management app, with two satellite add-on tiers: Essential and Ultimate. Essential supplies lower-resolution imagery with less frequent revisits; Ultimate delivers high-resolution imagery with near-daily revisits. Check out our plans and pricing here.
What is included in the satellite add-ons?
Each satellite tier adds remote pasture readings plus full use of the Fundamental app—maps, records, tasks, reports, calculators, and more. Compare all features here.
How often do you receive satellite images?

Pricing & Payment Terms
How much does the remote measuring cost?
Pricing starts with the Fundamental app. Essential or Ultimate add-ons are then priced per hectare. Detailed pricing is available here.
Is there a trial period for the satellite add-ons?
The Fundamental app can be trialled. Satellite add-ons are premium services that require an annual commitment and therefore are not trialled.
Do you offer monthly pricing/payment terms?
Subscriptions may be paid monthly or annually, but all contracts run for 12 months and must be paid in full.
Do you offer seasonal subscriptions (partial-year coverage)?
Our satellite data provider sells imagery on annual contracts, so Pasture.io subscriptions also run for a full year. That said, farms that winter under snow or dry-lot stock for several months still extract real value: six months of accurate grazing insights and feed budgeting typically offset the full-year cost through better paddock rotation and time saved.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and bank transfers are accepted. Contact support for any other payment queries.
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
No. All charges are listed upfront. Future add-ons may appear in the app but will be clearly marked and optional.
Do you offer discounts for long-term commitments?
We do not discount. Pricing reflects the value and consistency of the service for every customer.
Managing Your Subscription
Can I change my plan later, and how are upgrades charged?
Yes. You can upgrade from Fundamental + Essential to Fundamental + Ultimate at any time.
How the upgrade is billed

The unused portion of your current plan (calculated per remaining month) becomes a credit.

That credit is deducted from the full 12-month cost of the new plan.

You pay only the difference.
Example:

You have 9 months left on Fundamental + Essential for 100 ha.

You upgrade to Fundamental + Ultimate.

The value of the 9 unused months becomes a credit against the new annual Ultimate price.

You pay the balance.
Can I add more satellite add-ons later?
Absolutely. Upgrades follow the same credit method. Note: the AOI chosen for Ultimate can’t be changed once set, so select it carefully at the start of your term.
What is the cancellation policy?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but they are annual commitments. Any remaining balance for the year becomes due upon cancellation.
What happens if I need to pause my subscription?
Pausing is not available. Data supply contracts run for the full year. Contact support to discuss any concerns.
