This is how you can have multiple users logged into the app at the same time, each with their own login credentials.
You can have multiple users access your farm on the Pio app. This ensures that everyone who needs to have access can have access. Owners, managers, staff, contractors, advisors/consultants and any other individuals. By having unique login credentials, users can be logged in at the same time as others.
1. Head to the settings gear icon in the top-right and click User Access.
2. You will see a list of all of your current users. To invite new users, click the green button 'Invite a New User'.
3. Enter the new user's full name, email address and mobile number. They will receive an invitation via email. Once they click the link in the invitation email, one of the steps will involve a One Time Password (OTP) being sent to their mobile number.
4. Select their Role from either Owner (the most accessibility and permissions), Administrator, Editor or Viewer (least accessibility and permissions).
5. Click the green button 'Send Invitation'.
6. Ensure that the invitee follows the steps they receive in the email invitation.
