We are here to help you get value from Pasture.io. Your subscription includes standard support, access to the Help Centre, onboarding and scheduled support meetings. **Support hours** Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm New Zealand time. You can contact our Support Team by: - In-app chat - Email - Phone Pasture.io supports customers across several countries and time zones. You are welcome to send us a query at any time; messages received outside our support hours will be responded to when the team is next available. If you need to arrange an onboarding meeting, please contact the team. We will work with you to find a suitable time, taking account of relevant time zones and practical availability. **What is included in your subscription** Every paid Pasture.io subscription includes: - One 60-minute onboarding meeting - Standard support by phone, email and in-app chat - Access to the Pasture.io Help Centre, including articles, videos and guides - Continual product updates **Your onboarding meeting** Your onboarding meeting helps you get set up and confidently start using Pasture.io, including farm mapping, herds, entering grazings and day-to-day app use. Each subscription includes one onboarding meeting when you first join Pasture.io. Renewals do not include a further onboarding meeting; additional tailored training or onboarding can be arranged separately. **Standard technical support** Standard support includes help with: - Using Pasture.io features - Account access and settings - Troubleshooting - Mapping and data issues - Investigating potential platform or pasture-reading issues Pasture.io will investigate genuine technical, data, mapping or pasture-reading concerns. **Additional training and services** If you need additional tailored training, workflow coaching, implementation assistance, extensive mapping or data work, custom reporting or integration support, we may be able to provide this as a separately quoted service. **Corporate and multi-farm onboarding** For corporate and multi-farm operations, we can provide tailored onboarding, implementation planning, team training and rollout support. This is available at an additional cost and is quoted based on your requirements. **How to get help** Start by searching the Help Centre for articles, videos and guides.
