The Auto Plan toggle
Auto Plan — ON or OFF - Every farm works a little differently. Auto Plan gives you a quick starting point. Or you can turn it off and set the grazing days yourself.
Auto Plan ON
Pasture.io will:
• Spread each paddock across the available feed slots..
• Use pasture demand and available pasture..
• Allow for expected pasture growth..
• Use your monthly post-grazing residual as a guide..
• Build a practical grazing plan for you..
This is useful when you want to get a plan underway quickly.
Auto Plan OFF
Pasture.io will:
• Place one card for each selected paddock..
• Put each card into the first available feed slot..
• Let you enter the grazing days yourself..
• Recalculate the average pasture as you make changes..
This is useful when you already know how you want to graze the paddocks.
