The Auto Plan toggle

Auto Plan ON
Pasture.io will:
• Spread each paddock across the available feed slots..
• Use pasture demand and available pasture..
• Allow for expected pasture growth..
• Use your monthly post-grazing residual as a guide..
• Build a practical grazing plan for you..
This is useful when you want to get a plan underway quickly.

Auto Plan OFF
Pasture.io will:
• Place one card for each selected paddock..
• Put each card into the first available feed slot..
• Let you enter the grazing days yourself..
• Recalculate the average pasture as you make changes..
This is useful when you already know how you want to graze the paddocks.

How to use the Toggle

1. Select your herd

2. Adjust herd size (if required)

3. Select Paddock

4. The paddock will now allocated to one feed slot only

5. Customise with feed/nutrition (if required)

6. Save Plan
